R&B Is a member of a group of companies whose heritage is steeped in travel-related businesses dating back to 1989.

The destination of Dubai was then in its infant years of tourism, as was the whole of the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman.

R&B opened its doors as a DMC in 2005 with a backdrop of rapid tourism development by the Government of Dubai and in 2015 it had a change in its business mix and so took on another brand name.

R&B has now been recreated and has opened its doors again to operate in predominately the leisure sector, including FIT, leisure groups and has a specialist MICE department.

R&B is employing technology that has empowered hospitality technology, distribution and direct bookings to always ensure connectivity with our clients and suppliers for instant confirmation.

The R&B team has a variety of nationalities, Australian, American, Tunisian and Indian with some having over 40 years’ experience, and speaking a variety of languages, Arabic, English, German, French, and Hindi.

Our main Sales/Guide speaks English, Arabic, German and French. Noureddine has been working in tourism since 1997, in Switzerland, the USA and the UAE.

The head office for R&B is based in Dubai, UAE.

We have an established sales office in Spain, India, Poland and Germany.

The Managing Director

is from Australia and has been developing DMC’s and tourism related activities since 1988, where she was bought to the UAE by the Al Futtaim Group and developed one of the initial DMC’s named Gulf Ventures. She is from a tourism heritage in Australia and the Pacific. Maryanne established one of the initial desert venues for entertaining tourists and commercial groups, along with sand boarding and camel trekking. Maryanne also created the much sort after Camel Polo when she was with Dnata along with the Dubai Polo Academy.

Director of Operations

The Team is being built as we speak has over 20 years in inbound tourism experience in the UAE and Oman and has worked with all facets of tourism such as leisure and MICE and is Director of Operations.

Director of Finance

is a chartered accountant and has been managing 3 other DMC’s since 1997 in the UAE. He also oversees the other related tourism companies that belong to the group.
